Samsung, one of the prominent smartphone brands in India, has started rolling out its latest Android 15-based OneUI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 Series. The new software update comprises an updated UI and AI features. The new OneUI was unveiled alongside the launch of the Galaxy S25 Series in February 2025.

OneUI 7 is among the best Android skins on the market, and the company has now released updates for Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones. It's the first major OS update from the Korean smartphone brand for these devices, which waited around seven years for a stable and more user-friendly experience.

Samsung is rolling out this update in phases, and it will be available for both Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Exynos 2400-powered devices. Samsung began rolling out its OneUI 7 on Monday and expects to complete it within the next few weeks.

The OneUI 7 update follows the recent beta release in the Galaxy S24 series. The update will also be offered in older models like Galaxy S Series, Z Series, A Series, M Series, and F Series handsets in the coming months.

Compared to other major smartphone brands, Samsung is the last to unveil an Android 15 update to its premium devices. Major brands like OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, and iQOO, among others, released Android 15-based updates in December 2024.
