The rendering is from his 91Mobiles by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks. A render shows the OnePlus Nord CE 3 with a black finish and a hole punch display. There are reportedly two large camera cutouts on the back. The primary cutout houses the main camera sensor, while the second cutout houses his two sensors.
According to reports, the design of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 is apparently inspired by the famous OnePlus X and Apple’s recent iPhones. It also adds that renderings are based on a prototype unit and that the actual phone may differ slightly. OnePlus could also offer more colour options at launch.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 launched in India in February 2022, and the company could follow a similar launch pattern with its Nord phone due next year. Pricing details are not yet available but given that the Nord CE 3 price in India at launch was Rs 23999, it is safe to say that the Nord CE 3 will come at a similar price.
As for the specs, the smartphone will reportedly feature a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. This may annoy some customers because the older generation Nord CE 2 came with an AMOLED display.
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 is said to draw power from Qualcomm's Snapdragon 695 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The triple rear camera system on the back can have a 108-megapixel main camera and a dual 2-megapixel camera lens. It could have a 16MP selfie shooter on the front. Other claimed features of the Nord CE 3 include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, and Android 13.
